A unique feature of the template is its use of photos of contact staff at referral agencies and pictures of the outside of buildings participants may visit. The template design makes locating and accessing services from different agencies more seamless and familiar to parents by providing them with easy-to-use information. This helps ensure more transparency, coordination, and continuity of support across different social service resources.
